Our emigration
We had been dreaming of a life on Crete for a number of years, but the process accelerated due to life events.
We were no longer in our dream phase, but in our thinking phase, followed by, do we really dare to do this? (Dare phase). To actually do it (doing phase) after more than 2 years of preparation.
Together with our 15-year-old dachshund, Oscar, we embarked on the adventure with our car and trailer.
Was it all laughing, screaming and roaring, absolutely not, but it was and is an adventure that neither of us would have wanted to miss.
During our adventure we noticed that it could sometimes be quite a challenge to find the right information. For example, about importing a car with a trailer.
