I was born and raised in Rotterdam and have both Dutch and Surinamese roots.
After successfully completing my bachelor's degree in Personnel and Labor, I further developed my expertise as a strategic HRM advisor and (career) coach.
My coaching styles are versatile and can vary from psychoanalytic (insight-oriented) to solution-oriented (focused on the future), from counseling (providing a listening ear) to directive (following a structured step-by-step plan).
I offer flexibility and the opportunity to work on your coaching or HRM issue from your own familiar environment.
As a coach, I am affiliated with NOBCO and Stir, which is a conscious choice for me to continuously invest in my professional development.

Growing up on mainland Greece, I was introduced to my Dutch roots around the age of 20 when I moved to the Netherlands.
I obtained my (MBO) nursing diploma in mental disability care. I then obtained my bachelor's degree in nursing in mental health care.
My professional background includes experience in a psychiatric clinic as well as in outpatient mental health care as a practitioner.
My analytical skills are my strength. I view people as a whole and believe that effective guidance comes from working in all areas of life.
I use various tools, including CGT, 5G and signaling plans. My coaching style fits well with the WKS model.
